**Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and manage technology solutions for financial processes using IBM Cognos TM1. - Build and support Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) reports and dashboards. - Develop and maintain TI processes, rules, and web sheets to ensure seamless functionality. - Utilize Planning Analytics for Excel (PAX) to create accurate and efficient financial reports. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address financial reporting, planning, and forecasting needs. - Ensure data integrity and automation across financial systems and processes. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions. - Provide technical expertise and support for IBM Planning Analytics platforms. **Requirements:** - 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience with IBM Cognos TM1 and Planning Analytics. - Strong expertise in TI processes, rules, web sheets, and Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW). - Proficiency in Planning Analytics for Excel (PAX) for creating financial reports. - Solid understanding of financial reporting, planning, and forecasting processes. - Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to think both short and long term. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements in financial systems. - Knowledge of advanced financial modeling and analytics. **Location:** Bangalore, Chennai and Gurgaon
