IAM - OIM Developer

As a Security Analyst / Consultant in the Risk Consulting team at EY, you will have the opportunity to work on various Identity and Access Management projects for customers globally. Your role will involve engaging in Identity & Access Management projects, being an effective team member, preparing reports, developing productive relationships with clients and internal teams, and contributing to people-related initiatives. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining a quality culture at Global Technology Hub (GTH). **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage and contribute to Identity & Access Management projects - Work effectively as a team member, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members - Execute engagement requirements and review work by junior team members - Prepare reports and schedules for clients and other stakeholders - Develop and maintain productive relationships with client personnel - Build strong internal relationships within EY Consulting Services and other organization services - Assist senior team members in performance reviews and providing feedback to staff - Contribute to recruiting and retaining IAM professionals - Maintain an educational program for personal skills development - Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures - Manage performance management for direct reportees as per organization policies - Foster teamwork, lead by example, and provide training and mentoring to project resources - Participate in organization-wide people initiatives **Qualifications Required:** - B. Tech./ B.E. with sound technical skills - Strong command of verbal and written English language - 2-4 years of work experience in Identity and Access Management - Experience in HTML, JSP, JavaScript - Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Involvement in successful pursuit of potential clients by being part of the RFP response team EY is dedicated to helping clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies build a better working world.
