Role Description

This is a full-time on-site, junior role for a Human Resources Trainee located in Udupi. The Human Resources Trainee will assist with day-to-day HR functions. Responsibilities also include aiding with HR management processes and contributing to maintaining a productive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) knowledge and HR Management skills
• Experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Willing to take up any HR related tasks, and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Master's degree in Human Resources, with minimal months experience, but not above 1 year.
