We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to support our company’s growth and development.
This role will be pivotal in managing recruitment, learning and development, and overall HR operations.

HR Roles and Responsibilities
- Policy Development: Design, implement, and maintain HR policies that align with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
- Workforce Planning: Assess staffing needs and provide recommendations to the HR Manager for approval.
- Job Design & Recruitment Marketing: Prepare clear and comprehensive job descriptions and advertise openings across relevant recruitment platforms.
- Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process by screening applications, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- HR Operations: Organize and manage HR functions, including meetings, interviews, and scheduling activities.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Lead and oversee the orientation program to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
HR Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record as an HR Executive or in an equivalent role.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
- Recruitment Expertise: Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle.
- Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of labour legislation and HR best practices.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and guide teams effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address HR challenges.
- Employee Relations: Ability to build and maintain healthy, positive relationships with employees.
Educational Qualification
- MBA in Human Resources
- Master of Social Work (MSW) with specialization in HR
- Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM)
- Or an equivalent degree in Human Resources or a related field
Experience Requirements
- Human Resources Management: Minimum of 5+ years of successful experience in HR management, consistently meeting or exceeding organizational targets.
- Domain Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in a related area as an individual contributor, with 1–2 years of supervisory or managerial experience required.
- HR & Administration: Proven ability to lead and drive HR and administrative functions effectively.
- Business Acumen: Strong business sense with expertise in aligning HR practices to organizational goals.
- Role Familiarity: Prior experience in a similar HR/Admin role.
