Position:

About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and updating JDs for open positions.
Source profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal referrals.

2. Recruitment & Screening

Conduct initial screening to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with shortlisted candidates.

3. Onboarding Support

Assist with documentation and onboarding processes.
Ensure smooth orientation for new employees.

4. Email & Candidate Communication

Handle queries and applications from potential candidates.
Ensure timely responses and maintain communication records.

5. Admin & Attendance Management

Monitor and maintain daily attendance reports.
Assist in managing office assets and other administrative tasks.

6. Employee Engagement & Activities

Suggest and implement ideas to enhance employee engagement.
Plan and execute team-building activities (virtual/physical) to foster a positive work culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and contribute to multiple HR functions.
