Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the

    end-to-end recruitment cycle

    for non-IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Understand hiring requirements by collaborating with

    department heads and hiring managers

    .
  • Source candidates through

    job portals, social media, internal referrals, and talent mapping

    .
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and evaluate candidate fit.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate with interview panels, and ensure seamless hiring workflows.
  • Maintain and update

    ATS/recruitment trackers

    for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
  • Build and manage a

    strong candidate pipeline

    for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage salary discussions, negotiation, and offer rollout.
  • Ensure

    positive candidate experience

    throughout the recruitment process.
