This role is ideal for a fresher or someone with up to 6 months of HR or recruitment experience. You will support the end-to-end recruitment cycle, helping to identify, engage, and onboard top talent across our retail and corporate teams. Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other platforms(Apna,JobHai,Naukri,Indeed) Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports. Hiring Blue Collar employees for stores. Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Assist with HR administrative tasks as needed. Key Skills & Competencies Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of recruitment practices. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word). Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field. Internship or brief exposure to recruitment/HR processes is a plus. Freshers & Experienced with a strong interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
