HR Recruiter

The HR Recruiter will manage the full recruitment life cycle – from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about building strong teams that support the university’s mission and growth.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Hiring:

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Draft, post, and promote job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, university website, etc.).
• Source candidates using databases, social media, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
• Coordinate written tests, demo classes (for faculty), and final interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and talent databases.

Onboarding & Documentation:

• Issue offer letters and employment contracts.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Ensure all HR records and employee documentation are complete and up to date.

Employer Branding & Events:

• Assist in employer branding initiatives through job fairs, campus placements, and social media presence.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
