HR Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. You will support various HR functions, gain practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations, and contribute to daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
• Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
• Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings.
• Coordinate and support HR events, employee engagement activities, and training programs.
• Handle basic HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Work closely with the HR team on day-to-day HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Enthusiastic to learn and grow in the HR field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
