HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
• Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
• Help in onboarding new employees and conducting induction programs.
• Support HR activities such as employee engagement, training sessions, and events.
• Assist in drafting HR policies, job descriptions, and reports.
• Coordinate with different departments to support day-to-day HR operations.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR concepts and recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
