**Overview:**

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist with recruitment tasks, including job postings and scheduling interviews.

- Support onboarding processes for new hires.

- Maintain employee records and update databases.

- Help organize employee events and engagement initiatives.

- Conduct research on HR best practices.

**Qualifications:**

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR or related field.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.

**Pay Period**

First 3 Month 5k

After 4 to 6 Months from Date of joining 5K TO 8k

After Completion of 6 months & on-boarding 8K to 10K (on basis of your Performance)*
