Roles & Responsibilities:
Must be able to provide complete administration of the Microsoft 365 environment and its capabilities.
Must have complete administration, troubleshooting and upgradation skills related to on-prem exchange.
Perform on-boarding of mailboxes and users from different tenants based on company plans and strategy.
Testing, implementation, and deployment of Exchange Online.
Query Exchange environment using the Office 365 Command online tool.
Implement and support security policies, such as data retention.
Support the messaging environment in the Cloud (Microsoft 365) and on-prem
Manage problem resolution to a satisfactory completion by keeping abreast of assigned tickets and following the proper escalation processes via ticketing system.
Review, test, and make recommendations for standard email practices.
Experience with supporting anti-spam filtering, logging and email tracking and transport rules.
Support Single Sign-On using Active Directory Federation Services with Multi Factor Authentication.
Perform scripting administration tasks and reporting using PowerShell.
Develop scripts for automating processes within the environment.
Perform migrations and deployments related to the building, upgrade, and maintenance of MS Exchange.
Monthly audits on the Active Directory environment to reconcile users
Troubleshoot active sync issues with mobile devices.
Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft 365 Teams.
Create security and distribution groups in Active Directory.
Create user guides and instructional documents for end-users.
Must have good experience on Microsoft TEAMS, including TEAM group/channel management.
Good Knowledge on TEAMS Direct routing, Audio conference features and troubleshooting.
Create Voice, TEAMS policies and manage apps within TEAMS admin console.
Qualification, Skills & Experience: • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline preferred. • 7+ years of experience implementing, operating, and supporting Microsoft 365 tools including deep experience with Microsoft 365 at both user and admin level. • In-depth knowledge on TEAMS administration and troubleshooting. • In-depth understanding of Windows Server Operating Systems, expert PowerShell. scripting capabilities and experience with advanced networking concepts. • Demonstrated understanding of Azure services, configuration options, and integrations • Experience working with global teams and clients • Experience working with C-Suite, end-users and customers to determine solution requirements preferred. • Strong analytical skills to quickly recognize issues and opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. • Ability to balance multiple initiatives and demands simultaneously. • One or more Microsoft 365 Certifications preferred
