Role Overview: As a US Healthcare Recruiter at our MNC client in Pune, you will be responsible for sourcing profiles from various job portals, aligning interviews, understanding healthcare requirements, screening profiles, submitting relevant profiles to clients, conducting cold calls, and maintaining a candidate database.
