At Nutrition in Sync, we’re redefining wellness with personalized, science-backed programs. We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales function, drive conversions, and scale revenue growth.


What you’ll do:

  • Own and optimize the entire sales funnel (HubSpot expertise is mandatory)
  • Connect with leads, build relationships and nurture for conversion
  • Lead, coach, and upskill the sales team to consistently exceed targets
  • Align sales and marketing to maximize lead quality and conversion
  • Use data insights to refine strategies, improve performance, and hit revenue goals
  • Collaborate on pricing, retention, and growth strategies at the leadership level


What we’re looking for:

  • 7–9 years’ sales leadership experience in wellness, health, education, or services
  • Proven track record of hitting/exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team coaching skills
  • HubSpot expertise (automation, reporting, pipelines)
  • Organized, proactive, and data-driven approach
