We are looking for a skilled and experienced HCM Technical Consultant with 6-10+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HCM modules and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions efficiently. This role involves hands-on experience in reporting, integrations, data migration, and effective communication skills for client-facing scenarios. Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering complex BI/OTBI Reports, designing integrations using OIC and handling data transformation with HDL, executing data conversion/migration using HDL/HSDL tools for various HCM modules, working with APIs and REST calls for seamless integrations, participating in full-cycle implementation or upgrade projects, resolving integration failures independently, and collaborating with clients in a client-facing role. To excel in this role, you must have at least 6-10+ years of hands-on experience as an HCM Technical Consultant, strong expertise in BI/OTBI reporting, advanced knowledge of OIC, HDL transformation, and Fast Formula development, hands-on experience in data conversion/migration using HDL/HSDL tools, proficiency in working with APIs and REST calls, at least 12 active cloud certifications, experience in end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects, in-depth understanding of systems integration best practices, and excellent problem-solving skills. Strong client-facing communication skills are essential for managing daily interactions and delivering technical solutions effectively. Preferred certifications include Oracle HCM Cloud Certifications like Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Implementation Specialist and Oracle Recruiting Cloud Implementation Specialist, Integration and Cloud Certifications such as Oracle Integration Cloud Service Certified Specialist, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Associate or Architect Associate.
