Graphics Designer

Role Overview: As a graphic designer at MTAP, you will be responsible for creating visual presentations, designing interfaces for websites and mobile applications, selecting audio, video, colors, and animations for graphic design, and staying updated on the latest graphic design techniques. Your role will involve conceptualizing visuals based on requirements, creating images and layouts using design software, testing graphics across various media, and developing illustrations and logos. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare visual presentations by designing art and copy layouts - Illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy, considering arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts - Design interfaces for websites, as well as iOS & Android applications - Collaborate with the marketing team to choose audio, video, colors, animations, etc., for graphic design - Stay updated on the latest graphic design techniques - Conceptualize visuals based on requirements - Create images and layouts using design software - Test graphics across various media - Study design briefs and determine requirements - Hands-on experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Figma - Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand - Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic - Work with copywriters and creative directors to produce final designs - Amend designs based on feedback - Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand - Proficient in referencing and coming up with innovative and new concepts - Experience in creating a campaign from ideation to execution - Creating brand guidelines Qualification Required: - Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality - Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio - Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and team members - Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies (Illustrator, CorelDraw, Photoshop, Figma, etc.) - Highly proficient in all design aspects If you are passionate about creating innovative solutions and thrive in a diverse and inclusive workplace, with competitive salaries, excellent benefits, and opportunities for growth and development, MTAP is the place for you.
