Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing design team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong design foundation who wants to take ownership of projects, create impactful visuals, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment. You will design digital assets that inspire, engage, and communicate the FlexifyMe brand effectively across all channels.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics for Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms
• Develop performance-driven Meta ads, website banners, emailers, and presentations
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize visuals aligned with campaign goals
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative touchpoints
• Stay updated with the latest design and digital trends to bring fresh ideas
• Support in creating visual guidelines and templates for scaling design needs

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of professional design experience (internships/freelance work count)
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Figma, etc.
• Strong sense of color theory, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
• A portfolio showcasing creativity and design execution (college/personal projects welcome)
• Ability to work on-site (remote not available)
• Bonus: Motion graphics or video editing skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
