What Will You Be Doing?

As a graphic design intern working in the employee engagement team at Ditto, here’s what your day might look like:

• Craft killer designs to contribute towards brand marketing initiatives

• Bring employee engagement and experience ideas to life with your creativity
• Collaborate with various teams for in-house design projects
• Turn important work updates and communications into easy-to-understand and eye-catching creatives
• Use your storytelling skills to draft content and resources that get employees talking

• Work closely with senior leadership to brainstorm and conceptualize new ideas

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in graphic design or an impressive body of work

• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• A keen eye for detail and originality
