Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain backend applications using Go.
  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs and/or gRPC services.
  • Implement efficient database models and queries (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Work with Docker/Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, DevOps).
  • Participate in code reviews and share best practices.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with

    Go (Golang)

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    concurrency (goroutines, channels)

    .
  • Solid understanding of

    REST API design

    and microservices.
  • Experience with

    databases

    (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQLite, MongoDB, or Redis).
  • Knowledge of

    ORMs

    (e.g., GORM) and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with

    Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

    .
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with

    message queues

    (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS).
  • CI/CD pipelines.
