TechBirds is a specialized advisory services provider with a global network of technology, business, and functional domain experts. We operate across Asia Pacific, Middle East, and European Union, offering strategic and reselling partnerships in digital, automation, AI, and data analytics to drive technological advancements and business growth. We are currently seeking a GenAI and GCP Specialist for a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru. As a specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI solutions using Google's AI and cloud platform technologies. Your tasks will include working on AI algorithms, data preprocessing, model training, deployment, and performance monitoring. Additionally, you will provide support for GCP services, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud resources for efficiency. To be successful in this role, you should be an immediate joiner with 4-5 years of overall experience. You must have proficiency in GenAI algorithms, model training, and deployment with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including data processing and management, is also required with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Additionally, you should have very good experience with AI and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, strong programming skills in Java/Python/SQL/etc., and skills in data preprocessing, analysis, and feature engineering. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI models and cloud infrastructure, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should have a proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred. In terms of soft skills, strong written and verbal communication in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic would be a plus but not mandatory. You should demonstrate the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment. Being proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused with a collaborative attitude will be key to your success in this role.,
