Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented Gen AI/ML Developer to join our team and contribute to the creation of innovative AI-driven solutions. This role focuses on building intelligent chatbots for HR, Finance, and People Supply Chain functions, as well as integrating in-context Gen AI capabilities into existing applications to improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy chatbots using NLP techniques to meet business needs in HR, Finance, and People Supply Chain.
• Implement in-context AI capabilities to enhance functionality in existing applications.
• Collaborate with the Gen AI/ML Lead and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Fine-tune Gen AI/ML models for optimal performance and accuracy.
• Continuously research and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques and tools.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Gen AI/ML development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with experience in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Hands-on experience with chatbot development and NLP techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud-based Gen AI services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
