Role & responsibilities Operate and set up 5-axis and 3-axis CNC machines to manufacture precision components. Set and adjust tooling, fixtures, and programs for efficient machining processes. Monitor machine operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications. Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions. Collaborate with programmers and quality teams to optimize machining processes. Maintain accurate production records and report any issues promptly. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 5 years of experience operating and setting CNC machines (5-axis and 3-axis). Strong knowledge of machining parameters, tooling, and fixtures. Ability to interpret drawings and understand GD&T. Good communication skills and teamwork orientation. Commitment to safety and quality standards.
