Additionally, you must have completed 2-3 ERP implementations (for experienced candidates), possess knowledge of the business processes in the manufacturing industry, and be comfortable with traveling. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential, along with proficiency in writing simple SQL queries. The preferred candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in B.Com or a related field. Whether you are a fresher or have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP implementation and support, you should be adept at understanding client requirements, conducting GAP analysis, and providing user-friendly solutions.
