Job Description

Role Overview: As a Java Full Stack Developer, your role involves creatively developing applications and selecting appropriate technical options to optimize application development, maintenance, and performance. You will be responsible for interpreting application/feature/component designs, coding, debugging, testing, documenting, and communicating product/component/feature development stages. Your expertise will be crucial in validating results with user representatives, integrating and commissioning solutions, and selecting technical options for development. Additionally, you will play a key role in influencing and improving customer satisfaction and setting FAST goals for yourself and the team. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret application/feature/component design and develop them in accordance with specifications - Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product/component/feature development stages - Validate results with user representatives; integrate and commission the overall solution - Select appropriate technical options for development, optimizing efficiency, cost, and quality - Influence and improve customer satisfaction - Set FAST goals for self/team and provide feedback on team members" goals - Code as per design, following coding standards, templates, and checklists - Review code for team and peers - Create/review templates, checklists, guidelines, standards for design/process/development - Create/review deliverable documents, design documentation, requirements, test cases/results - Define and govern configuration management plan, ensuring compliance from the team - Review and create unit test cases, scenarios, and execution - Review test plan created by testing team and provide clarifications - Advise Software Developers on design and development with a deep understanding of the business problem - Manage delivery of modules and/or manage user stories - Perform defect RCA and mitigation, identify defect trends, and improve quality - Create and provide input for effort estimation for projects - Consume and contribute to project-related documents, sharepoint libraries, and client universities - Execute and monitor release process - Contribute to creation of design/architecture for Applications/Features/Business Components/Data Models - Clarify requirements, provide guidance to development team, and present design options to customers - Set FAST goals, understand team members" aspirations, provide guidance, and ensure team engagement - Take relevant domain/technology certifications Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of robust hands-on experience in full stack development using Core Java and Angular or Vue.js - Proficiency in Spring Boot, Hibernate, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Java/J2EE technologies - Solid understanding of web service technologies and RESTful standards (HTTP, URI, JSON, XML) - Practical experience with at least one relational or NoSQL database and ORM frameworks - Hands-on expertise in JUnit and Cypress for testing - Experience working with Apache Tomcat application server - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills,
