Full Stack Developer | Pune (Karve Nagar)

About the Role:

Skilled and passionate Full Stack / Back-End Engineers to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Python, Golang, or ReactJS, with a strong foundation in scalable software development, system architecture, and API design. Youll work on high-impact projects, collaborating across product, design, and DevOps teams to build robust, secure, and efficient applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices.

Build and optimize web applications using modern frameworks (if working on the front-end).

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to dene, design, and ship new features.

Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit tests, and integration testing.

Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues in the production environment to ensure optimal performance.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose relevant adoption.

Required Skills & Expertise

For Python Engineers:

Strong experience with Python and popular frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

For Golang Engineers:

Prociency in Go and experience with concurrent programming.

Experience in developing highly performant backend services.

Familiarity with frameworks/libraries like Gin, Echo, or Fiber.

For ReactJS Engineers:

Strong experience with ReactJS, Redux, and frontend tooling.

Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.

Understanding of component-based design and responsive web design.

Key Qualications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related eld.

35 years of hands-on experience in software development.

Experience working with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Commitments:

5 days working from the office

Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)

Location: Karve Nagar, Pune.
