The Role

The Full-Stack Solution Architect owns the technical architecture, scalability, and

maintainability of Innovapptive’s Angular + Node.js stack. Reporting to the VP of

Technology & Architecture, this role defines the standards, frameworks, and AI-assisted

development practices that unify our web platform across all products.

This is a builder + governor role: part visionary architect, part execution leader. The

architect will leverage AI tools, automation, and telemetry to design modular, resilient

systems while mentoring teams to think, design, and build as AI-First Engineers.

How You Will Make An Impact.

. Architect an AI-Enhanced Full-Stack Framework

● Define modular, maintainable architecture patterns across Angular + Node.js +

GraphQL.

● Embed AI design companions (ChatGPT, Cursor.AI, Bolt.AI) for rapid code scaffolding,

linting, and test generation.

● Build reusable UI and API frameworks that accelerate product velocity and enforce

consistency.

Drive Quality, Performance, and Observability

● Integrate telemetry tools (Sentry, Datadog, New Relic) to monitor performance, API

latency, and frontend rendering.

● Implement self-diagnosing error frameworks that use AI to classify, summarize, and

recommend fixes.

● Establish non-functional benchmarks — load time, uptime, regression rate — and

ensure compliance across all releases.

Standardize DevOps + CI/CD Practices

● Collaborate with the Release Manager and Engineering Ops to implement fully

automated CI/CD pipelines.

● Define AI-driven code-review policies and automated test suites (Testim, Playwright,

Cypress).

● Ensure repeatable, zero-downtime deployments with rollback automation and version

traceability.

Integrate AI, Data and Edge Intelligence

● Architect APIs and microservices that power AI agents, analytics dashboards, and ML

pipelines.

● Design data exchange frameworks for seamless integration with SAP, Maximo, and

other OT systems.

● Pilot computer-vision and AI orchestration capabilities within full-stack workflows (e.g.,

anomaly detection dashboards).

Mentor and Elevate Teams

● Mentor Technical Leads and Senior Engineers on design decisions, AI-assisted coding,

and best practices.

● Govern architectural reviews using AI validation agents to enforce standards

automatically.

● Create the Full-Stack Architecture Playbook documenting patterns, decisions, and

guidelines.

What You Bring to The Team

● 10 + years of software engineering experience with 5 + years in Angular + Node.js

architecture.

● Proven record of building enterprise-grade, scalable web platforms.

● Hands-on expertise with TypeScript, NestJS, GraphQL, and microservices.

● Deep proficiency with AI developer tools (ChatGPT, Cursor.AI, Bolt.AI, Testim) and

observability stacks (Sentry, Datadog).

● Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud architecture (AWS).

● Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to align executives, architects,

and developers.

● Passion for continuous learning and AI-First culture adoption.

Success Metrics (FIRST 90-180 Days)

● Full-Stack Architecture Blueprint documented and adopted across all web teams.

● Code velocity ↑ 40 % through AI-assisted development.

● Regression defects ↓ 50 % via Testim and AI validation.

● Telemetry dashboards live for response time, error rate, and API SLAs.

● Architecture Playbook published and referenced in all scrum reviews.
