Full Stack Engineer

As a Frontend / Full-Stack AI Engineer at Sprouts.AI, you will be part of a team working on an AI native Generative Demand Platform disrupting the $1.1T B2B GTM category. Your role involves designing and building AI-native interfaces, integrating frontend with AI workflows, full-stack shipping, iterating fast, and refining to ensure high quality and performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and build AI-native interfaces such as Copilot-style UIs, dashboards, and interactive visualizations for real-time interaction with agents. - Integrate frontend with AI workflows by connecting UI events to backend agents, APIs, RAG pipelines, and LLM functions. - Full-stack shipping by taking a feature from idea to UI mock to backend integration to live deployment. - Iterate quickly using AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, etc., to scaffold components, generate code, and prototype efficiently. - Harden and refine features by adding type safety, error boundaries, observability, and performance optimizations without sacrificing iteration speed. **Tech Stack:** - *Frontend:* Next.js, React, Tailwind, TypeScript, Zustand or Redux. - *Backend (for full-stack track):* Node.js, Express, Python (FastAPI). - *AI & orchestration:* LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex; REST + WebSocket integrations with AI agents. - *Design & visualization:* Figma, Chart.js, Recharts, Framer Motion, Stitch. - *Infra:* Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Azure, AWS. **Qualifications Required:** - Excellent coding skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern React. - For full-stack, command over Python is also required. - AI-assisted coding mindset with experience in tools like Cursor, Copilot, Windsurf, or Aider. - Strong product sense and understanding of UX patterns for AI copilots, conversational UIs, and interactive data products. - Effective communication skills to translate UX intent into prompts and collaborate with both humans and AI models. - Full-stack fluency for writing lightweight backend logic and integrating APIs or agent endpoints. - Portfolio showcasing fast-built projects and demos. - Experience with AI UI frameworks and LLM-driven UX is a plus. - Contributions to open source or hackathons demonstrating design and speed balance. - Basic understanding of Agentic workflows.
