About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer I to join our dynamic Engineering team in Pune, MH. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable, cloud-ready applications that support our innovative financial solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and testing teams, to deliver high-quality software that meets business needs and performance standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in building robust services using modern frameworks and programming languages, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor&aposs degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 9+ years of professional experience in software development is required, with a strong background in full-stack engineering and modern frameworks. Proficiency in Java 17 and above, including familiarity with concurrency patterns, Spring 6.x, and Spring Boot 3.x, is essential. Hands-on experience with Spring MVC, Spring REST, Spring Security, Spring Data JDBC/JPA, Spring Kafka, and Spring Cloud is highly desirable. Knowledge of Kafka and experience in query optimization within Microsoft SQL Server environments are important. Additionally, familiarity with UI development using Angular 17.x and above is a plus. The candidate should demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for effective collaboration within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
