Full Stack Developer

Role Overview: You will be working as a Full Stack Developer at Welspun, responsible for managing the development of all server-side logic, ensuring high performance, and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Your role will also involve integrating front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application, requiring a basic understanding of front-end technologies as well. Key Responsibilities: - Develop front-end website architecture and design user interactions on web pages. - Create back-end website applications using Java, SpringBoot, and Spring Framework. - Establish servers and databases for functionality and ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile phones. - Ensure responsiveness of applications and develop microservices. - Collaborate with graphic designers for web design features and see through a project from conception to finished product. - Design and develop APIs, meeting both technical and consumer needs. - Stay updated on developments in web applications and programming languages. - Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and client requirements for software. - Develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds the needs of the company. - Maintain all software professionally and provide regular updates to address customer and company concerns. - Analyze and test programs and software for security and data protection. - Oversee debugging and troubleshooting of system errors to ensure high-quality software production. - Collaborate with front-end and back-end web developers on programming and coding issues. - Understand stakeholder needs and communicate them to developers. - Improve existing software programs and applications. - Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Full Stack Development. - Proficiency in Java, SpringBoot, Spring Framework, and other relevant technologies. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies and mobile optimization. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to stay updated on industry trends and technologies. - Proven track record of developing high-quality software solutions. - Experience in debugging and troubleshooting software errors. - Knowledge of API design and development. - Familiarity with best practices for software development and maintenance.,
