Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Full-time)
Salary: ₹30,000 (No bar for the right candidate) + Incentives

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end and back-end development, with proven experience in building scalable web applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive and high-performance web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Build scalable and secure backend services with Node.js.
• Integrate Python-based AI/ML models into applications to enhance functionality and performance.
• Work with relational and non-relational databases, primarily PostgreSQL and MongoDB, ensuring optimized queries and data structures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver robust solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and reliability.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code with proper documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience with React and TypeScript in front-end development.
• At least 2+ years of backend experience working with Node.js.
• Hands-on knowledge of Python, with exposure to AI/ML model integration.
• Proficiency in working with databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and application architecture.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to write efficient algorithms.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to work independently and deliver projects on time.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deployment and scaling.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Experience in version control systems such as Git.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
