Full Stack Developer

Role Overview: You will be a Full Stack Developer with 4-7 years of experience, specializing in Next.js, React, and Node.js. Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using these technologies. You will be responsible for building reusable, responsive, and scalable UI components, developing server-side APIs and integrations, and optimizing applications for speed, scalability, and SEO. Collaboration with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers will be essential to deliver high-quality features. Additionally, you will be expected to write clean, testable, and maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and stay updated with the latest trends in JavaScript, React ecosystem, and Node.js development. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Next.js, React, and Node.js. - Build reusable, responsive, and scalable UI components with React & Next.js. - Develop server-side APIs, microservices, and integrations using Node.js & Express.js. - Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions. - Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and SEO (SSR, SSG, ISR in Next.js). - Ensure efficient database queries and API response times. - Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features. - Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams for smooth CI/CD, testing, and deployment processes. - Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following industry best practices. - Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Implement unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress). - Identify technical risks and propose solutions proactively. - Stay up to date with the latest trends in JavaScript, React ecosystem, and Node.js development. - Continuously improve application performance and developer workflows. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience). - 4-7 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
