Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer at Mastercard Services, you will be responsible for designing and building a full stack web application and data pipelines. You will collaborate closely with other business areas to create valuable solutions for customers, working in small, flexible teams within a fast-paced, agile environment. Your role will involve contributing to the design, development, and testing of features ranging from UIs to backend data models and flows. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in scoping, designing, and implementing complex features. - Lead the development of analytics and scalable applications. - Design and implement responsive UIs to enhance data understanding. - Build and maintain analytics and data models for high-performance products. - Write and review high-quality, well-tested code. - Mentor junior software engineers. - Drive innovative improvements in team development processes. - Collaborate with Product Managers and Customer Experience Designers to create new modules and features based on user insights. Qualification Required: - 5+ years of full stack engineering experience in an agile environment. - Experience in leading the design and implementation of complex features in full-stack applications. - Proficiency in technologies such as .NET/C#, React, Redux, Typescript, Java JDK 11-17, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Maven, Hibernate / JPA, REST, SQL Server, etc. - Strong experience with RESTful APIs, JSON/SOAP based APIs, SQL, Multi-threading, Message Queuing, Distributed Systems, Design Patterns, Junit, Splunk, Git, Jenkins, cloud native development, etc. - Customer-centric development approach with a focus on analytical problem-solving. - Strong collaboration skills and a drive to excel in small project teams. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,
