Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer, you will design and develop end-to-end web applications, APIs, and digital solutions. You'll work with modern frameworks, leverage AI coding assistants, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. We need someone with strong technical skills and a passion for building scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Next.js, etc.).
• Build responsive front-end interfaces with clean, maintainable code.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and optimize data structures.
• Leverage AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate development.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement security best practices and ensure application performance.
• Write clean, documented, and testable code following industry standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and development trends.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2-3 years of proven full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Express, Python, or similar).
• Knowledge of database design and management (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools for coding and development optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on writing clean, efficient code.
