Full Stack Developer

Position Title: Full Stack Developer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
• 3+ years of experience in Full Stack development
• Proficiency with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
• Proven experience in building object-oriented web applications
• Strong communication skills with team management and collaboration

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test complete end-to-end applications for mobile and web Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and inefficiencies; diagnose and resolve bugs efficiently
• Demonstrate leadership through influence, trust, and empathy, ensuring that junior developers feel confident to ask questions, experiment, and challenge themselves without fear of failure.
• Work closely with a diverse, cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and engineers to shape and deliver innovative features that have a real impact on our users.
• Set the standard for best practices in software development, ensuring that the team adheres to high-quality coding standards, design patterns, and efficient development processes.
