Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful/GraphQL APIs and backend services.
• Build and enhance responsive, high-quality frontend applications using modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams for end-to-end solutions.
• Implement secure authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth2, RBAC).
• Work with SQL & NoSQL databases (schema design, queries, optimization).
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security across systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Stay updated with the latest tools, frameworks, and industry trends.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack/Backend/Frontend Developer.
• Proficiency in backend frameworks: Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) or Node.js (Express/NestJS).
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies: React.js/Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind.
• Experience with databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB/Redis.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and authentication mechanisms.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  

Good to Have

• State management experience (Redux, Zustand, Recoil).
• Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of caching strategies and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
