Front Office Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for visitors, students, and callers. The role involves handling phone and in-person inquiries, maintaining office coordination, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, provide information, and route calls to the appropriate departments.
• Welcome and assist visitors, students, and clients in a professional manner.
• Maintain records of inquiries and follow up with leads as required.
• Manage front office supplies and ensure the reception area is presentable.
• Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for scheduling appointments or meetings.
• Support in documentation, data entry, and maintaining attendance or student records.
• Assist in administrative activities such as courier handling, file management, and correspondence.
• Maintain a courteous and professional tone in all communications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Pleasant personality with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally and maintain confidentiality.
