Role Description

This full-time on-site role as a Front Desk Representative is located in Kochi. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for managing reception duties, answering and directing phone calls, handling customer service inquiries, and making reservations. The role requires excellent communication skills to interact with clients and ensure a welcoming and efficient front desk experience.
