Job Description

Nirnayan Health Care Private Limited is Looking for Front office Executive for Our New Branch Patna.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Greet and welcome Clients and providing adequate information on their queries/Services.
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
  • Arrange and prepare vouchers
  • Perform other receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying etc.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Mail system
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. computers and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Good written and excellent verbal communication skills (English, Hindi & Bengali preferred)
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Good organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • University/college degree is an asset
  • Familiarity with phone systems
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role will be an added value
  • Freshers with Good communication skill & presentable personality can also apply.
  • Candidates from same or nearby location is preferred.

Skills:

  • Must be good in English and presentable
  • Must have experience in computer operating
  • Must have experience in email drafting
  • Must have experience in taking appointment and travel booking
  • Must have experience in front office
  • Answering phone calls and forwarding calls to respective departments.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events.
  • Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Experience:

  • Front Office Cum Receptionist: 01 - 02 Yrs. (If from Medical / Hospital / Diagnostic background will be preferred)
