Pandita AI Solutions is a rapidly growing AI startup headquartered in Palo Alto, CA, with a thriving engineering division in Mysore, India. We specialize in developing generative AI systems, foundation models, and multimodal applications to address real-world challenges in various industries such as healthcare, scientific computing, and document intelligence. We are currently seeking a dedicated Generative AI Engineer to spearhead the automation of our internal operations using cutting-edge agentic AI and LLM-driven tools. In collaboration with the founding team, the selected candidate will play a crucial role in implementing intelligent automation and subsequently expanding it to benefit external clients and products. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with the leadership team to identify internal processes suitable for AI-based automation, including document handling, research synthesis, client onboarding, code generation, and workflow orchestration. - Develop internal tools utilizing LLMs and agent frameworks such as LangChain, OpenAI Functions, AutoGen, CrewAI, among others, to facilitate semi-autonomous task execution. - Prototype, test, and enhance agentic applications that seamlessly integrate with internal systems like Notion, Slack, GitHub, Airtable, email, and databases. - Support the evolution of internal automation capabilities towards providing external automation solutions to clients across different domains. - Maintain a comprehensive portfolio of your work on GitHub and contribute reusable components to the broader engineering team. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in EE, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field. - Proficiency in Python programming and experience in developing backend services, APIs, or automation tools. - Demonstrated expertise in building and managing agent-based applications using tools like LangChain, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, or custom orchestration frameworks. - Strong GitHub portfolio showcasing previous automation projects or agentic AI applications, whether personal or professional. - Familiarity with REST APIs, cloud services (AWS/GCP), and tools like Docker, FastAPI, or Streamlit. Preferred Qualifications: - Hands-on experience in integrating LLMs with external APIs and multi-step workflows, such as form parsing, summarization, and ticket generation. - Knowledge of tools like Zapier, Make, Airflow, or custom workflow engines. - Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and best practices in prompt engineering. - Publications in renowned international conferences like IEEE, ICML, NIPS. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a readiness to explore ambiguous territories and iterate quickly.
