Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
2. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
3. Implement state management solutions (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, MobX, GetX, etc.).
4. Build custom widgets and advanced UI with smooth animations.
5. Integrate REST APIs and GraphQL APIs seamlessly.
6. Work with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics).
7. Ensure app responsiveness and performance across multiple devices.
8. Debug and resolve complex production issues quickly.
9. Deploy apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
10. Collaborate with backend developers to design secure and efficient APIs.
11. Stay updated with the latest Flutter trends, plugins, and tools.

Required Skills

1. Strong command over Flutter & Dart.
2. Knowledge of widget tree and UI rendering process.
3. Understanding of Flutter project structure and asset management.
4. Familiarity with Material Design and Cupertino widgets.
5. Experience with state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, MobX, GetX).
6. API integration using Dio, http, or Retrofit.
7. Persistent storage (SharedPreferences, SQLite, Hive, Moor).
8. Firebase integration (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Messaging).
9. Handling app lifecycle and background services.
10. Push Notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging or One Signal).
11. Knowledge of Clean Architecture & SOLID principles.
12. Writing unit, widget, and integration tests.
13. Performance optimization (lazy loading, memory leak prevention, efficient rendering).
14. Native platform integration via Platform Channels.
15. CI/CD automation for Flutter apps (Fastlane, Codemagic, Bitrise).
16. Secure coding practices (encryption, secure storage).
17. Deep linking, dynamic links, and app routing strategies.
18. Advanced animations using CustomPainter, Rive, Lottie.

Additional Skills

1. Experience in native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift).
2. Knowledge of AR/VR SDKs with Flutter.
3. Integration with payment gateways and third-party SDKs.
4. Experience in multi-module Flutter projects.
