Job Description

We are looking for a Flutter Developer to build beautiful, high-performance mobile applications that will be at the heart of the GlueBlu experience for employees and managers across industries. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (iOS & Android).
Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and deliver seamless app experiences.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code with strong attention to performance and security.
Optimize mobile applications for speed, responsiveness, and user experience.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality delivery.
Stay updated with the latest Flutter & mobile development trends to improve app performance and features.

Required Skills & Experience

2 to 5 years of experience in mobile app development with at least 1+ year in Flutter.
Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter SDK.
Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
Familiarity with state management solutions (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Understanding of CI/CD for mobile apps is a plus.
