Flutter Developer (3–4 Years Experience)

Location: Mohali (On-site)

About the Role

We are looking for passionate Flutter Developers to join our growing team at ESR Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms, ensuring smooth performance, responsive design, and a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Build, test, and deploy Flutter-based mobile applications for Android and iOS.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver visually appealing and functional designs.
Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and Firebase services.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Manage app performance, debugging, and optimization.
Work closely with backend and QA teams for integration and release cycles.

Required Skills & Experience

3–4 years of professional experience in mobile app development using Flutter/Dart.
Experience in publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Strong understanding of State Management (Provider, Bloc, GetX, etc.).
Good knowledge of Firebase, API integrations, and Push Notifications.
Familiar with version control tools like Git/GitHub.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Bonus Skills

Experience with native Android/iOS development.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and app deployment automation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,392.18 per month
