Flutter Developer

Job Description -

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer with 1–2 years of professional experience in building high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing Flutter apps that deliver exceptional user experiences.

This role requires strong technical skills in Flutter/Dart, Firebase integration, API handling, and working closely with designers and backend developers to build scalable and reliable applications.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).
• Convert UI/UX designs into high-performance, responsive, and user-friendly code.
• Integrate REST APIs, Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions), push notifications, and other third-party SDKs.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Optimize app performance, scalability, and UI responsiveness.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, following best practices and design patterns.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, and provide quick and effective solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and help enforce coding standards across the team.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and trends in Flutter and mobile development.
• Requirements1–2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter mobile app development.
• Solid understanding of Dart, Flutter widgets, and state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX).
• Experience in working with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party SDKs.
• Proficiency in Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Push Notifications).
• Experience with Git and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to deploy apps to the Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Nice to HaveExperience in native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development.
• Familiarity with Clean Architecture and MVVM pattern.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Codemagic, Bitrise, etc.
• Experience with animations, advanced UI, and responsive design in Flutter.
