Fleet Delivery Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Solutioning

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer business requirements.
• Demonstrate Fleetx TMS/FMS capabilities and design solutions aligned to customer workflows.
• Support in RFPs, product demos, and value articulation for enterprise clients.

Implementation & Onboarding

• Lead the functional and technical onboarding of new enterprise customers.
• Configure modules, map business processes, and ensure smooth product deployment.
• Work with customer IT and operations teams to integrate Fleetx systems (API, ERP, etc.).
• Train end-users and operational teams for effective adoption.

Post-Sales Value Delivery

• Track customer KPIs and ensure realization of business value promised during sales.
• Identify process gaps, adoption challenges, and drive product optimization.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally working with product and engineering to improve platform capabilities.
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and ensure high satisfaction.

What Were Looking For

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business needs into tech-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Understanding of supply chain, logistics, or SaaS products (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with a whatever it takes approach to deliver outcomes.
• Comfortable with data, Excel, APIs, and dashboards.
• Willingness to travel for enterprise client implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college (Engineering, Operations, or

Management background preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, business consulting, operations, or SaaS

implementation roles.

• Exposure to logistics, mobility, or enterprise SaaS solutions is a plus.
