Job Profile

इस भूमिका में आप KLA के insurance marketing activities और client servicing में काम करेंगे।

Key Responsibilities

• Field Marketing & Survey Work
• LIC, Star Health, SIP और अन्य insurance / Investment products के लिए field survey करना
• Standee/Canopy लगाने में मदद करना
• Local clients से survey forms fill करवाना और data collect करना
• Awareness campaigns में actively participate करना
• Client Servicing
• Existing clients को follow-up करना
• Renewal reminders और guidance provide करना
• New inquiries collect करना और office में report करना
• Reporting & Communication
• Daily reporting to supervisor
• Office + field coordination
• Customer queries handle करना

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹5000 To ₹15,000
• Petrol Allowance: Monthly reimbursement for your own scooter/bike
• Phone Allowance: Monthly extra
• Performance Bonus: Monthly based on targets

• Sunday Fixed Off

Requirements

• Hindi communication must; English basic knowledge preferred
• Own scooter or bike mandatory for field work
• Smartphone required for reporting and communication
• Polite nature & client handling skills
• Insurance / marketing experience preferred but not mandatory

Working Hours

• 10AM to 7PM
• 6 Days Working (Sunday Off)
• Mix of Field Work (60%) and Office Work (40%)
