Job Role:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team in Thane. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building relationships with retail outlets, distributors, doctors, and wellness centers, and ensuring market penetration for our Ayurvedic products like Arthomegh and Diabamegh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit retail pharmacies, Ayurvedic stores, wellness centers, and distributors to promote Meghayu Pharma products.
• Generate new leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Execute field activities such as product demonstrations and sampling.
• Collect feedback from clients and report market trends to the management.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
• Maintain daily visit reports and update the CRM/Reporting system.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare/FMCG sales preferred (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
• Skills:
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Other Requirements:
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Smartphone for reporting.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives.
• Performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities.
• Travel and mobile allowance.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
