Field Application Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: 

•    Customer Visits - Minimum 30 Customer visits per Month, Publishing Customer visit report along with MOM within 2 Working Days and ensuring the Closure of MOM Points within Specified Target Dates.                    
  •    Field Trials & Product Installation: Conducting Field Trials & installation of New / Focus Products at Customer end duly giving demo and gathering the feedback and effectively communicating with Product Management through Field Reports.    •    Map customer applications and identify potential product gaps.•    Identify BOQ & Application Mapping of Minimum 50 Customers & Value of Rs. 5 Crore per Qtr•    Participate in the creation of case studies and application notes for marketing use.•    Drive new business case generation based on customer and market insights.•    Increasing the Value & count of Opportunity for Focus Products through customer visit, mapping & competition bench marking•    Track competitor products and identify opportunities for customer conversion.•    Provide technical support to customers and sales teams in a specific region.•    Conduct product demonstrations and presentations at customer sites.        

Technical /Technological Competencies
•    Strong technical expertise in electrical and electronic components, including power and control solutions.            •    Strong technical problem-solving skills related to electrical components.        •    Ability to conduct product demonstrations and presentations.            •    Proficiency in customer mapping and application mapping.            •    Experience with customer-specific application challenges and solutions.        •    Ability to track and analyse competitor products for conversion opportunities.    •    Proficiency in technical sales support and customer engagement.            •    Proficiency in using CRM and technical support ticketing systems.•    Experience with system integration and custom product configurations based on customer requirements
