Export Documentation Executive

*Export Documentation Executive* with 3+ years of *experience in agro commodities industry* required for a *Agro-commodity exporter organization* located at *Tardeo, Mumbai Central*

*Candidates with an agro or similar commodity export background** will be preferred

JD:

- Handle *day-to-day entries* for assigned export regions in *Tally ERP* and maintain accurate shipment data and financial postings

- Prepare all *Pre- and Post-Shipment Documentation* , including *Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Instructions, Certificates of Origin (GSP), and Letters of Credit (L/C)*

- Draft and verify *Bills of Lading, Proforma Invoices, and Commercial Invoices* for export consignments

- Coordinate closely with *shipping agents, CHAs, and freight forwarders* to ensure smooth execution of shipments, including tracking, scheduling, and dispatch

- Ensure compliance with *DGFT, EPCG, BRC, RODTEP, and MEIS regulations* and maintain necessary documentation for audit and export incentives

- Liaise with banks for submission of export documents and payment realization under L/C and collection basis

- Support the Export Manager in daily operations, reports, and *ad-hoc export-related assignments*

Salary *upto Rs 30,000 per month* (can be increased slightly)
