Role: Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Location: Debari, Pratap Nagar, Udaipur

Experience: 1 to 3 years as an Assistant/Secretary to MD or similar role

(Office Coordinator with strong admin/coordinating experience may apply)

Salary Range: Rs. 15K to Rs. 25K per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director (MD), ensuring smooth office operations.
• Demonstrate excellent follow-up skills for tracking tasks, deadlines, and commitments.
• Manage correspondence, reports, and presentations using MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Coordinate meetings, schedule, and travel arrangements for the MD.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist with various tasks for the MD as required.
• Maintain office systems, including filing and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic office tools.
• Strong command of English (Written and Verbal)
• Shorthand skills are desirable.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision.
• Honest, reliable, and stable work history
