We are looking for Executive Assistant

Experience - Fresher to 3 Years.

Job Location : Hyderabad

JD :

Providing administrative assistance, including writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executives behalf.
Maintaining comprehensive, organized, and accurate records, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
Performing minor accounting duties, including expense tracking, invoicing, and budgeting assistance.
Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner, ensuring efficient handling of inquiries and forwarding messages as necessary.
Welcoming visitors, identifying the purpose of their visit, and directing them to the appropriate department or executive.
Conducting in-depth research on industry trends, market analysis, competitor activities, and relevant news, providing reports to inform business strategies.
Assisting with operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations, such as managing supply orders, coordinating between departments, and supporting project implementation.
Collaborating with teams to streamline workflows, improve operational processes, and identify areas for efficiency improvement.
